Aryans Group to organize J&K Scholarship Mela tomorrow in Srinagar

Srinagar, Mar 16 : To benefit more J&K students in higher studies with scholarship, Aryans Group of Colleges will organize its another scholarship Mela for the needy & deserving students of the state on Saturday at Peace Academy, Parraypora, here for 2018-19 session.

Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group said that in this mela on the “spot counseling, Scholarship, Education Loan and Admission” would be offered to 100 meritorious, needy and deserving students in which 50 per cent scholarship will be provided by Aryans and rest 50 per cent will be financed in the shape of education loan who want to pursue their higher education in Chandigarh at Aryans Group.

Kataria further added that Students need to bring their original certificates of class 10th or 12th or Graduation along with ID Proof, Caste Certificate, Address proof and Passport size photograph.

Er Ishfaq Ahmad, Admission Coordinator, J&K said that the scholarship mela would help the common man for whom Medical, Technical and other higher education has become non affordable because of financial constraints. Students can avail 50 per cent scholarship in various courses being run by Aryans like BTech, LEET, Diploma, B Sc (Agri), BBA, BCA, B Com, MBA courses. SC/ST students can also avail 100 per cent scholarship under Centre Government PMS scheme on all courses.

Students can also avail one time scholarship in other courses also including LL B (Rs 20,000), BA-LLB ( Rs 20,000), ANM (Rs 10,000), MA (Edu)(15,000), B Ed (Rs 20,000), BA (Rs 20,000), GNM (Rs 15,000).

To support financially weaker sections of the society Aryans has started many scholarship schemes. The group is admitting students under Dr Kiran Bedi Scholarship scheme, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao scheme, Dr Kalam Memorial Reignited Scholarship Scheme, Late M R Kataria Memorial Scholarship, Roshaan Scholarship Scheme.

Established in 2007, Aryans campus is located on Chandigarh–Patiala highway, near Chandigarh and has lush green 20 acres pollution free campus and has become the destination for JK students. Aryans Group has been serving the educational and intellectual interests of the youth in a commendable manner. The Group is running Engineering College, Law College, Management College, Business School, Education College, Degree College, Nursing College and has started admissions for its 12th academic session.
