Youth gets lifer for killing minor

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Mar 13 : A 29-year-old man has been awarded life imprisonment for kidnapping and murdering a three-year-old boy in Mukundwadi area, in July 2014.
Pronouncing the judgement on Monday, district and sessions court Judge V V Patil also slapped a fine of Rs 15,000 for the offences, including unnatural sex, kidnapping and murder.
The convict Ritest Nade will serve the punishment consecutively.
The accused was staying in a rented home owned by one Sudam Kamble.
When Kamble's son, Sagar (3) was playing in front of his house, the accused kidnapped him on July 13,2014.
Based on the complaint, the police reached Rajnagar in search of Sagar, where the accused Ritesh too joined in the search. Observing his strange body language, police arrested him.
The autopsy reports confirmed unnatural sex and strangulation.
Delivering the judgment, the court sentenced him to ten years of RI for committing unnatural sex and life imprisonment for strangling.
