Police foiled two bovine smuggling bids, rescues 10 Cattle
SAMBA, Feb 24 : Police foiled two bovines smuggling bids during the Nakka Checking at Supwal and rescues ten cattle in district samba here today.
According to the sources, today morning the police party of Police post Supwal laid a Nakka on Jammu Pathankot National highway near Supwal. During the Nakka Checking Police party intercepted two Tata mobile vehicles bearing registration No JK08C-7664 and JKO8D-7656 both are in the way of Jammu from Kathua. During checking police rescues ten bovine from both vehicles and seized the both vehicles.
One driver arrest namely Mohd sadiq son of mohd yousuf resident of hiranagar and the driver of the another vehicle managed to escape from the spot.
In this regard Police has taken cognizance the matter and started investigation.
