D'chak-Chalan -Udh road to be declared NH

JAMMU: Minister for Public Works Naeem Akhtar today informed the Legislative Council that the Centre has agreed to declare Dayalachak Amb-Chalan-Udhampur road as new National Highway.
Replying to a question of Legislator Thakur Balbir Singh, the Minister informed that DPR for the project would be completed in next four months and the government would maintain the road for smooth traffic movement till the actual work is started.
