A spokesman for the HC said security forces and police personnel have been deployed outside the Nigeen house of Mirwaiz last evening. The amalgam chairman was informed that he cannot leave till further orders since he has been again put under house arrest.

''Taking to micro-blogging site twitter, the Mirwaiz wrote, ''I have just been placed under #HouseArrest again.''
