BJP stages 'Jail Bharo' against Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru, Jan 12: Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday staged 'Jail Bharo' agitation in various district headquarters in Karnataka protesting against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for allegedly branding BJP, RSS, Bajrang Dal as terrorists organisations.

Reports from various districts indicated that a large number of BJP workers and leaders participated in the protests with BJP General Secretary and Lok Sabha member Shobha Kharandlje and hundreds of workers were taken into custody when they tried to enter the Congress party office in Tumakuru.

At Kalaburagi more than 150 BJP members tried to picket district Congress office and courted arrest.
Earlier the agitators took out a protest march from Supermarket to District congress office and picketed in front of the Congress office for more than one hour demanding a public apology by Siddaramaiah, KPCC Working President Dinesh Gundurao for the remarks they made against BJP, RSS and Bajrang Dal.

In Mysuru BJP members staged protest condemning the statement of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah who called BJP, RSS and Bajrang Dal members as terrorists.
