Rajbagh Police once again Foiled Bovine Smuggling bid; Rescued 8 Cattle
JAMMU: On these days Rajbagh Police has becoming throat bone of the bovine smuggler, once again Rajbagh Police foiled bovine smuggling bid during the intervening night and eight bovine free from the clutches of the bovine smuggler at Rajbagh in Kathua district here today.
According to the Police sources, as per reliable sources information received by the SHO Rajbagh Inspector Srabjeet Singh laid a Nakka on Jammu Pathankot National Highway near Rajbagh and intercepted vehicle bearing registration No PBO6M-2315 who was coming from Kathua side during checking Police found eightcattle laden in the vehicle tied with ropes but the police party free eight cattle from the clutches of the bovine smuggler. The driver of the vehicle manages to escape from the spot.
The whole operation conducts under the overall supervision of SSP Kathua Suleman Choudhary IPS and close supervision of SDPO Border Raghubir Singh.
While talking with SHO Rajbagh Sarbjeet Singh he said during the intervening night Police team of Rajbgah police station laid down a Nakka on Jammu Pathankot National Highway near Rajbagh and seen suspicions movement on the vehicle. During checking the police found eight cattle from the vehicle and the drive shall be continues against the bovine smuggler within two days Rajbagh police foiled two bovine smuggling bid.
In this regard a Case FIR No 266/2017 U/s 188 RPC 2/3 PCA Act registered in Rajbagh police station.
