Power shutdown

Jammu: To execute various development works by IRCON International Ltd, the power supply to Karan Nagar, Amphalla, Ustad Mohalla, Ved Mandir and adjoining areas fed from D-04 LT Network feeder shall remain affected from December 17 to December 31 from 9 am to 4 pm (Max power Block of 4 hrs on each DT).
However, to carry out work for shifting of existing 33 KV Line passing over the houses near Daily Excelsior Lane, the Shutdown of 33 KV Janipur-Roop Nagar (BH-1) line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Lower Roop Nagar, Housing Colony, Chinor, Durga Nagar, Buta Nagar and adjoining areas shall remain affected on December 19 from 9 am to 3 pm.
Meanwhile, to carry out work for completion of 33 KV Babliana, Shastri Nagar and Digiana line, the shutdown of 11 KV BL-3 feeder is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Babliana and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on December 18 and 20 from 10 am to 4 pm.
