Pradyuman murder case: SC rejects plea, Pintos to remain out on bail

New Delhi, Dec 11: The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a petition, seeking cancellation of the interim bail granted to Augustine and Grace Pinto, trustees of the Ryan International School, in the murder case of seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur.
A two-judge bench of the apex court, headed by Justice RK Aggarwal and also comprising Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre, dismissed the petition filed by Pradyuman's father Varun Chandra Thakur, giving relief to the Pintos, who are out on interim bail.
