Request accepted: CM meets differently abled sportsperson

CM was request by differently abled students to spend some time with them

JAMMU: On their request, the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today met with a group of specially abled sportsperson of the state who have excelled in different games played at various levels.
The CM was request by the differently abled students of various schools of Jammu to spend some time with them at their school.
To fulfill the desire of the students, the Chief Minister today met with a group of differently abled students and expressed happiness to spend some time with them.
The students were part of various sporting events being organised these days by J&K State Sports Council.
These children have participated in various events like mountain expedition and trekking under the auspices of the Council.
She announced a grant of Rs. 10 lacs for upgrading facilities for these children adding that whatever required would be done by her Government for their welfare.
The Chief Minister also distributed prizes among these students on the occasion.
Secretary, J&K State Sports Council, Waheed ur Rehman Parra and other officials were present on the occasion.
