Police-public meeting held at Gandoh

Continuing its efforts to reach out to the public representatives at grass root level, a police public meeting was today conducted in Police station Gandoh Bhalessa. The meeting was chaired by SP Ops Doda, Ravinderpal singh and was attended among others by SDPO Gandoh Sunny Gupta and SHO Gandoh Anayat hussain. A large number of respectables from different village of Sub division Gandoh,participated in the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion SP ops, Rivenderpal singh assured the public representatives for possible help for redressal of the problem highlighted by them and stressed upon maintaining good police public relations in order to create peaceful and crime free atmosphere in the area.

During the meeting SP Ops sought the cooperation of locals especially youth in maintaining law and order, controlling crime and ensuring peace in the area.
People highlighted various issues pertaining to the different section of society and SP Ops,patiently heard their grievance and assured them timely redressal.Among others prominent citizens of present in the meeting included Balwant Singh pariher, Om parkesh, Ranjeet singh,Haqam singh,Younis Malik and Altaf Hussain Malik.

Police highly appreciated the role of these public representatives in highlighting the various issues being faced by the public and also lauded their efforts in maintaining peace in the area of Sub division Gandoh.
