JKFMHWEA extends support to JKMEF protest dharna on Oct 24

JAMMU: Jammu & Kashmir Female Multipurpose Health Workers / Employees Association, Jammu province, today appealed the State Government to level out imminent issues of Multipurpose Health Workers of Health Department, who are working round the clock for making health services up to the mark. Talking to media persons here today, Neelam Kumari, President, JKEFMHWEA, Jammu province, highlighted the smoldering demands of the Association and urged to concerned authorities to fullfill the demands expeditiously, which included clear pending DPC of FMPHW employees, creation of post of LHV in NTPHC, enhancement of risk allowance to all working FMHWs; fixing up of 50% quota of eligible MHWs for Health Educator and amendment of S.R.O. 20 etc.Further, Neelam Kumari and Surya Banno, on behalf of their respective Associations, extended their full support to one-day protest dharna being organized by Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation on 24-10-2017 at Shashi Bala Memorial Park, Directorate of Health Services Complex in Jammu and urged all the fellow employees working in the region to whole heartedly support the program.
Prominent amongst those present were Anita Bhagat, Sharda Kumari, Kavita, Geeta Bharti, Sweeta, Lalta Bhan and Pritama Devi.
