Govt ration seized by police in Kalakote.
Rajouri police today foiled a bid of blackmarketing of goverment supplied sugar by a local person and a ration dealer in Kalakote area today.
A police team from Kalakote police station led by SHO Darshan Singh raided the house of Abdul Gaffor son of Wazir Mohd resident of Dalyoye and found eight bags of government sugar found of FCS&CA department dumped in his house which was seized.
It came to fore that ration dealer Pritam Singh kept the sugar in house for blackmarketing in the open market.
Besides seizure of sugar bags, accused has also been arrested and a case registered under FIR No. 71/2017 u
U/S 3/7 EC Act.
Ration store of dealer Pritam Singh has also been seized.
Raid was conducted by team under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Mohd Khaliq.
