Throat slit body of teacher recovered in south Kashmir

Srinagar: A throat slit body of a teacher was recovered in south Kashmir district of Shopian on Wednesday, official sources said. They said panic gripped at Larmaidan Stadium in village Wathoo in Shopian when some people saw throat slit body on Wednesday morning.

Police was immediately informed, they said adding the body was taken away by police for identification. The deceased was later identified as Aijaz Ahmad Lone, a teacher, a resident of Gatpora. Police has registered a case and initiated proceedings, they said.
