Boys Higher Secondary School Nowshera organises cricket match on the eve of Diwali.

Deepawali celebrated at Boys Higher Secondary School here today. On the occasion, a friendly tennis ball cricket match was played between SDM eleven v/s Principal eleven.After winning the toss SDM elected to field batting first Principal eleven scored 85 runs for all out. Raman was the highest scorer who scored 30 runs and Raman was the most successful bowler who took 3 wickets chasing 85 to win. SDM eleven achieved the target by losing only 4 wickets. Sumit was the main scorer who scored 46 run and was declared man of the match.SJP Singh, Dy CEO Nowshera distributed the prizes among the the team.



Latter Deepawali festival was celebrated by the staff and students in presence of worthy SDM and Dy CEO.Speaking on the occasion, SDM wishes a happy and safe deepawali celebration to all.Match was officiated by Mr.Rakesh Choudhary and Mr Jugal Kishore while Amir and Attamjeet maintained as a scorer.Program was concluded with vote of thanks by Mr. Ashok Sharma, Principal.He asked everyone to celebrate a pollution free Deepawali.
