Sensitization Programme organised for chemists shop owners by district administration Samba on Beti Bachao Beti Padhao at Samba.

District Administration Samba conducts a meeting of Chemist shop owners on the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao week at D.C Office Samba The meeting was chaired by DC Samba Sheetal Nanda along with District Social Welfare Officer Samba Mushtaq Choudhary , C.M.O Samba Rajinder Sambyal. A Sensitizatiin programme of chemists shop owner on the on going Beti Bachao Beti Padhao week - Daughters of New India.

During the meeting /programme the participants were sensitized about the M.T.P Kits / M.T.P Pills, their use and the illegal selling which has resulted in illegal for the sex selected abortion.

DC Samba Sheetal Nanda said Samba has witnessed one of the sleepest daughters in the Sex Ratio resulting in chaus all ovefr the district. She said sex determination , female foeticides is an offence. and she gives directions to the ultrasound operators, lab technicians that donot do this.

The whole programme was organised under the guidance of deputy commissioner Samba Sheetal Nanda , Mushtaq Choudhary District Social Welfare Officer Samba , Rajinder Sambyal C.M.O Samba , Dr. Sandeep Raina , Dr. Meenakshi Raina.
