PCI team in Jammu, Ladakh on September 22

JAMMU: A Sub-Committee of the Press Council of India (PCI) is scheduled to visit Jammu and Ladakh regions from September 22 to 26 to examine the issues relating to the media, an official spokesman said today.
During their visit, the Sub-Committee, headed by S N Sinha, with its members Prakash Dubey and Dr Suman Gupta, will meet the representatives of media owners, editors and working journalists in Jammu on September 22, he said.
The PCI team is also scheduled to meet the editors and working journalists from Rajouri and Poonch regions in Rajouri on September 23 and at Leh on September 24 and 25, he added.
Associations of media owners, editors and working journalists can meet the Sub-Committee in the office of Joint Director Information in Jammu, the spokesman added.
