UGC NET November 2017: Registration open until September 11
New Delhi: The online registration process for University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) November 2017 is about to end on September 11.
The registration procedure had earlier commenced on August 11.
The exam is scheduled to be held in three separate sessions on November 5.
UGC NET is conducted to ascertain the aspirants' eligibility for Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship in universities and colleges.
Candidates who have secured a minimum of 55 per cent marks in Master's degree are only eligible to apply for NET.
The upper age limit for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is 28 years while for Assistant Professorship the limit is no bar.
