JAMMU: In a PIL filed by Arif Mushtaq and others seeking registration of an FIR against Managing Director and General Manager, J&K State Cooperative Agriculture & Rural Development for illegal/backdoor appointment made after 2008, a Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Sanjay Kumar Gupta after hearing Sr. Advocate Sunil Sethi with Adv. Ravi Abrol for PIL, issued notice to Chief Secy, Commissioner Sec to Cooperative Societies Dept, Registrar Cooperative Societies, Director State Vigilance Organization and others returnable within 2 weeks.
