Quarters Made for doctors in samba hospital is empty, No any senior doctor stay here in night time

SAMBA: Jammu and Kashmir Government made a quarters for doctors in samba hospital for night stay ,but no any senior doctor stay in night time in district hospital samba only medical officer deal all the patients in night time but the people face a lot of difficulties in samba hospital when they arrive in night time.
People alleged that in night time samba hospital running only one medical officer deal all patients some time doctor referred to the patients in Government Medical College for treatment if the senior doctor stay in time for samba hospital nothing need to patient referred to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu for treatment.
Sources said medical superintendent including orthopedics, Physician, Gynecologist, Surgeon and child specialist doctors of samba hospital are do not stay here. Seniors doctors only present in OPD time in samba hospital after complete the duty they were move to Jammu. But only medical officer deals all patients.
Why State government made a dozens of quarters for doctors if the doctors nothing stay there. Samba hospital always neglect by the state government.
