UP hospital deaths: Govt should look into root cause, compensate affected families: says Robert Vadra

Condoling the death of 60 children in a hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur district, industrialist and son-in- law of Congress president Sonia Gandhi Robert Vadra today said the Government should look into the root cause of the deaths. He also asked for compensation for the affected families.

In a facebook post, Mr Vadra said, ''My heartfelt condolences to the families, who have lost their child or children in this mass death of 60 children in Gorakhpur. I do hope the Government will dig deep to understand the root cause of these deaths.The families need to be compensated too. RIP''
