GSTN shortlists Adaequare as eligible applicant to become GSP

Adaequare Info Private Limited, a leading data and product engineering company with specialization in finance and tax transformation, compliance management and e-commerce solutions has been shortlisted as an eligible applicant to become a GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) by GST Network(GSTN) in the second batch of applicants. The Hyderabad-based company Adaequare has been shortlisted based on its financial eligibility to be a successful applicant among the 69 companies to make presentation of its solutions to the GSTN, the nodal agency in charge of the technological infrastructure for the new Goods and Services Tax regime in India to make another list of selected companies to facilitate more channels to route invoices under the GST to the central database, a company statement here said.

In the first batch, GSTN had finalized 34 companies to become a GSP from 48 applicants a few months ago. Talking about the short listing of Adaequare as an applicant to be a GSP by the GSTN, Adaequare President and CEO Pavan Peechara, said “Being a link between the taxpayers and the GSPs, we have already established ourselves as the only tax technology company in India to offer completely functional GST solutions as per the various needs of the users and are sure to constantly add value to the taxpayers by expanding our offerings as a GSP.”

Some of the innovative offerings from the company including enComply, Taxila, AddTax, uGST Billing, vuGST 13.0, Transactor, and B2B Applications address various requirements of businesses of different size and nature in India towards GST compliance and migration. A pioneer in tax technology since 1993, it serves in excess of 14,000 customers ranging from a small trader to large and multinational organizations in more than 200 business verticals, the statement added.
