Drug peddlers nabbed from Cango and Nigeria

CCB Police have nabbed drug peddlers from Cango and Nigeria and seized banned drugs, including MDMA and cocaine having a market value of about Rs 4.5 lakh from them. Police said 24 year-old Kparagume Nzorosa Glody native of Limete, Congo, was nabbed while trying to sell the banned MDMA drug near a school and 3.5 gram MDMA drug, one mobile, one two wheeler, 8 SIM cards and 7 Voter ID, altogether worth about Rs 3 lakh were seized from them.

In another incident, a Nigerian was nabbed while selling cocaine and 3 gram banned drug, 4 mobile phones, two laptop, one passport, one two-wheeler and pen drives, altogether worth about Rs 1.5 lakh was seized from them. Preliminary investigation had revealed that both the arrested foreigners were overstaying in the country after expiry of their visa period and were selling narcotic substances. Hennur Police have registered cases and investigating.
