Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal and Union Ministers Birender Singh and Ramdas Athavale today called on President Ram Nath Kovind. Mr Baijal, Mr Singh and Mr Athavale paid a courtesy call on the President at Rashtrapati Bhawan, a Rashtrapati Bhawan said on micro-blogging site Twitter.
