Former minister Mukesh Goud’s son injured in firing

Mr Vikram Goud, son of former Minister and Congress leader Mukesh Goud, sustained bullet injuries when an unidentified person allegedly opened fire at him at Film Nagar in the wee hours.

The incident took place at around 0300 hrs when Vikram was in the living room at his residence at Film Nagar, police said here. Vikram, who received bullet injuries, was shifted to Apollo hospital in Jubilee hills and his condition was stated to be out of danger. Police officials along with Dog squads rushed to the spot to get clues in the firing incident. Further details are awaited.
