J&K Goverment orders transfers

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Government today ordered Transfer of three KAS officers and four Under Secretaries to the Government. The complete list of transfers is below:
1. Mr. Peerzada Hafizullah Shah, KAS, Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.
2. Mr. Manzoor Ahrnad Qadri, KAS, under orders of transfer as Additional Director, SKIMS and ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government, is posted as Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, vice Mr. Peerzada Hafizullah Shah.
3. Mr. Rarnesh Chander, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Education (Udhampur-Reasi), against an available vacancy.
4. Mr. Manzoor Ahmad, Under Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, vice Mr. Umesh Sharma.

5. Mr. Umesh Sharma, Under Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
6. Mr. Manoj Kumar, under orders of posting as Under Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, is posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.
7. Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Khan, Under Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, under orders of posting as State Project Manager in the J&K State Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K, in terms of Government Order No. 536-GAD of 2017 dated 27.4.2017, shall continue as Under Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department.
