ARMY CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY AT HOLTA
In the true spirit of “Yoga”, the Army at Holta Cantonment celebrated the third International Yoga Day, today. Yoga forms part of the normal routine of all troops and families as it makes people do all the activities in a much better way to change the attitude of the people for the development of the country. Around 450 enthusiastic people from Palampur unit station jointly made this event a grand success. “Yoga makes the people to connect to the natural Environment” said General Officer Commanding, Dah Division on this occasion. The day was celebrated based on “Common Yoga Protocol” issued by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. The crowd was educated about the importance of yoga, as a part of a healthy all round regimen and was very well received by all.
