Protests followed clashes at several places in the valley, including summer capital Srinagar, immediately after the death of the HM commander.
Sabzar, who succeeded Burhan Wani, was among three militants killed in a fierce encounter at Tral in Pulwama district.
The train service in the valley remained suspended for about six months last year due to unrest in the valley after the death of Burhan Wani.
