J&K Govt announces summer vacations from May 29

Jammu, May 27: Jammu and Kashmir Government today announced summer vacations from May 29.

“ In view of the prevailing hot weather conditions government has announced summer vacations, in all Government and private schools falling in summer zone from May 29 to July 17,’’ official spokesman here said.

He said that accordingly, all the educational institutions have been asked to adhere to the schedule.

“Any deviation shall be dealt with strictly under rules’’, he added.

Jammu today witnessed another hottest day with maximum 41.7 Degree Celsius.
