One held with 89 Nips of Illicit Liquor at Vijaypur

VIJAYPUR, May 25: In continuation to the drive against drugs menace/Liquor launched on the directions of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Sh Anil Magotra KPS, Vijaypur Police arrested one person along with eighty nine nips of illicit liquor at Vijaypur in district samba here today.
He has been identified as Manoj Kumar Son of Ram Kishore resident of Ko- Rakwalan Ramgarh.
According to the Police Spoke Person, a Police Party of Police station Vijaypur headed by Inspector Suraj Pathania SHO Police station Vijaypur under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur Sh Abhishek sharma apprehended one person who was running a dhaba in the main bazaar vijaypur near matador stand. During the search of said person police party recovered 89 Nips each (250 ml) J&K Excise (frooties) was recovered from his possession
The consignment seized on spot & in this connection Case FIR no 75/2017 U/S 48 (a) (f) Excise Act registered at Police station Vijaypur.
