6 KAS officers transferred

JAMMU: State government on Sunday ordered transfers and postings of 6 Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS) officers.
As per order number 648-GAD of 2017, dated May 23, 2017, Tej Krishan Bhat, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Anil Kumar, KAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, Vivek Modi, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department.
Through another government order number 645-GAD of 2017, issued today, Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Zainpora, Shopian, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pahalgam, replacing Nissar Ahmad Nissar, KAS, who shall await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department.
Meanwhile, through another order number 642-GAD of 2017, Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, KAS, Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Administrative Officer in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, against an available vacancy while Amreet Singh, KAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, has been transferred and posted as Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K replacing Mushtaq Ahmad Rather.
