JAMMU, MAY 22- Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Dr. M. K. Bhandari, who is also the ex-officio Chairman of Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu region today presented an Alto Car and LED to winner of 1st and 3rd prizes of Raffle Draw which was held on 4th and 5th March, 2017.
Janak Raj, ASI, J&K Police won the 1st prize and Miss Aerika Sanyal R/O Hamirpur Kathua won the 3rd prize.
Among others, Hony Secy, R. C. Puri and Executive Member Dinesh Gupta were also present on the occasion.
