Who will help them in tuff time ?

Bunjwah Apr 27: As everyone is aware about the sudden fire incidents , that happened in Bhalessa from last year time to time . In these fire incidents crores of wealth and properties turns into ashs . I am not having any official documentation of concerned departments who had compensated the cost of properties that had became the prey of fire incident .
Wheather it is incident or accident , Both words gives same meaning and approaches same authorties of
" Prime Minister / Chief Minister Exgratia Relief and Rehabilitation Funds " .
This is the only amount that can be given to affected families through special package through a proper guidelines .
The places of fire incidents happened in Bhalessa from last year unknown to me as few places I have visted there . On social networking sites I came across through a news regarding fire incident in Kahara in last year and during this year this incident crosses its hetric and created a huge burden on unemployed youths who have to earn by running a shop or vendors .
Opinioning the incidents of blaze in
Bhalessa and attack on shops is a policy to disturb the decade long peace and brotherhood of peoples . As this year fire incident of Malikpura , Gandoh and Bhatyas had turns the crores of properties in to ash within a few minutes in a week .
" Is this natural happening or not , Will be the acused arrested who's hands are behind this " , it is yet to be mentioned .
Yesterday I ( Shafqat Sheikh ) along with my friend Mohd Ashraf visted Bhalessa and were shocked when we saw the " Bhalessa , The land of Paradise had converted into Hell " . Being a journalist I shake hand with my colleagues and asked them about this happening . The told me that is
so tragic incident that had thristed four dozens of shops , vendors and two dozens of houses among which few rooms were rented by shop owners from Udhampur who were living there along with their families from several decades , Adding that their loss can't be compensated as they had become totally homeless .
During a while Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Shaba arrived there to take stock of fire affected families . I personally saw that Ghulam Nabi Azad was sadden when He interected with fire victims and fire victims told their heart felt voice and hoped that Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad shall provide some
financial assistance , though in His speech G N Azad assured all possible help on every pattern and directed District Development Commissioner Doda to provide relief under Red Cross Funds and S S P Doda to investigate the cause of fire incident and arrest the acused who are playing with decade long brotherhood to creat bad environment in Bhalessa . During the mean time I also met with some fire victims that told me , that we no imagine that we loss as we only knows that our precious earns turn into ash and representatives are doing politics on this .
One of the poorest among fire victims said that I was running a hotel on back side , from where I
earn to starve the hunger of my family , To whom I shall blame , what had happened with me and others are joking on me as noone representative is ascertaining the loss of my property . During interaction He told me " One who come across poverty knows that what is poverty and One who only see the poors only befool the poors " .
Taking a look on representatives of Bhalessa , I came across to know that every politician visted there and assured them all possible help but unfortunately no one pay a single penny to fire victims as only DC Doda had provided tents and some funds as per norms .

JAKESPASES ( Jammu and Kashmir Educational Environmental Social Plantation, Athletic and Recreation Sports Ecological Balance Society ) Registered under JRS - 841 - 39 is voluntary collecting donations for fire victims from all passer byes to reachout the cause of poor sufferers due to sudden fire incident .
