Cabinet meet tomorrow, admn reshuffle likely

JAMMU: A meeting of the state cabinet is scheduled for Friday morning under this chairperson of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.
Notification for the meeting was issued late Wednesday evening. This will be the last cabinet meeting in Jammu before Darbar Move to Srinagar. The Civil Secretariat and other allied offices are closing in Jammu on Friday, hours after the cabinet meeting. Sources said the cabinet may consider significant reshuffle in civil and police administration involving officers from top to middle rung. Jammu Division is set to get a new Divisional Commissioner while four districts are likely to have new Deputy Commssioners. At least half a dozen officers are also likely to be moved at the level of administrative secretaries including those officers who have recently returned from central deputation.
