Workshop on Section 107, 109 held at sgr

SRINAGAR MARCH 01: A day-long workshop on Section 107 (Breach of peace) and Section 109 (Good behavior) was held here at Deputy Commissioner’s office today highlighting various aspects of these Sections.
ADC Srinagar Vikas Kundal, Judicial Magistrate Faizal Iqbal, representative from Bar Association Syed Musaib, legal experts (Dr) S M Afzal Qadiri & Dr Mohammad Yusuf, Tehsildhars, Naib-Tehsildhars and other revenue officials were also present in the workshop.
On the occasion, speakers said that holding of such a workshop is a great initiative and would be helpful for Executive Magistrates who often have to deal with cases under procedures of Section 107 and 109.
It was said that such workshops shall be held in future as well.
