Mr. Khurshid Ganai appointed Chief Information Commissioner

JAMMU, FEBRUARY 27: In exercise of the powers vested in him under the Jammu and Kashmir Right to Information Act, 2009 (Act No. VIII of 2009), Governor N.N. Vohra has appointed Sh. Khurshid A. Ganai. IAS (Retd.) as the State Chief information Commissioner.
Mr. Ganai’s appointment as Chief Information Commissioner of J&K shall take effect from the date he assumes charge of the post.
