DDC Ramban reviews progress on digital transactions

RAMBAN, JANUARY 23: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ramban Mohammad Aijaz today convened a meeting to review the progress on promoting digital transaction in various departments and business establishments in the district.
ADDC Ravinder Nath Sadhu, ACR Vevaik Puri, CPO Uttam Singh, CMO Dr. Anwar Bhat, CEO Mohammad Sharief, DTO,AD FCS&CA, Manager Lead Bank, Ramban, Rajeev Sharma, , Bankers and other offices attended the meeting.
DDC asked the bankers to expedite ADHAAR seeding with the bank accounts and create mass awareness among people about means of digital transaction during the Special Gram Sabha
District officers and DDOs were directed to ensure all payments through cashless transactions.
He directed the Lead Bank Manager (LMD) to intensify their efforts for installing point of sale machines (PoS) in all business establishments in their working areas.
