Mulayam supporters float new platform Mulayam ke log

Etawah, Jan 23: The supporters of 'disgruntled' sitting Samajwadi Party MLAs, whose names did not figure in the first list of candidates in the home district of party president Akhilesh Yadav, owing allegiance to Mulayam Singh Yadav and his younger brother Shivpal Yadav, launched a new outfit called `Mulayam Ke Log' here last night.
The Morcha is being touted as an alternative platform for `disgruntled' SP members in the district.
The leaders of the new front here today said that they will announce future strategy in a day or two.
Of the three sitting MLAs in Etawah, the names of two-- Sukhdevi Verma from Bharthana (reserved) and Raghuraj Singh Shakya from Etawah (Sadar)-- are missing.
They are considered to be loyalists of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Shivpal Singh Yadav.
