National Lok Adalat at Udh on Feb 11

JAMMU, JANUARY 20 – A National Lok Adalat will be held at District Court Udhampur on 11th February for the amicable settlement of pending and pre-litigation cases pertaining to Criminal Compoundable Offense, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery cases, MACT cases, Matrimonial disputes, Labour disputes, Land Acquisition cases, Electricity and Water Bills (excluding theft cases); Services Matters relating to pay and allowances and retrial benefits, Revenue cases, Other civil cases (rent easmentary rights, injunction suits, specific performance suits) etc and other cases.
The registry has initiated the process for identification of aforesaid types of cases for being taken up for settlement in the National Lok Adalat.
