Foggy weather disrupts train, flight services in national capital

New Delhi, Jan 19: Foggy weather conditions in national capital disrupted train and flight services this morning. As many as 28 trains were running late, four rescheduled and three got cancelled due to fog. While, 13 domestic and four international flights were delayed. However, the minimum temperature rose two notches from yesterday's 4.2 degrees Celsius to 6.3 degrees C today. An official of the IMD here said the maximum temperature is likely to settle at 19 degrees C.
