Delhiites wake up to chilly morning, min settles at 4.2 deg C

New Delhi, Jan 18: People of the national capital today woke up to a chilly morning as cold wave conditions continued to prevail in the city. The minimum temperature declined from yesterday's 6 degree Celsius to 4.2 degree C today. Meanwhile, foggy weather conditions disrupted train services in the city, leading to trouble for the commuters. As many as 35 trains were running late, eight rescheduled and one got cancelled. The flight operations largely remained unaffected. According to the weather office, maximum temperature is likely to settle at around 18 degree C.
