General line teachers frame new body in Rajouri, discuss issues

RAJOURI : The general line teachers of district Rajouri framed its new association as District Rajouri General Line Teacher Association (DRGLTA) in a meeting held today here. The members also discussed core issues related to the teaching community in the meet wherein more than hundred teachers of different zones participated.
All the members unanimously elected Shajar Iqbal Lone as their president.
The other members of the body elected included Rahul Sharma as senior vice president, Maroof Khan as general secretary, Ahsan ul Haq as deputy secretary, Rakesh Choudhary as joint secretary, Anupak Srikandia as chief spokesperson, Choudhary Ayaz Ahmad Hakla as chief advisor, Ajeet Sharma as legal advisor, Khalil Jass as convener, Israr Bukhari as spokesperson, Mohd Shafiq as advisor, Mudabbar Hussain as chief organizer, Amjad Khan Bhatti as coordinator, Abdul Ghani as cashier, Vinod Kumar Sharma, ashiq Malik as media advisor, Tariq Hussain Malik, Mohd Ishfaq JJatt as publicity secretary, Khalida Chouhan, Shashi Paul as administrative dealing secretary..
Speaking on the occasion, newly elected president Shajar Iqbal Lone assured the teacher community that he will work with zeal and honesty for welfare of entire teaching community.
