JAMMU: The Opposition Congress claimed that it moved a no confidence motion against Speaker Legislative Assembly Kavinder Gupta for attributing a remark to its Legislature Party leader which ‘he didn’t actually make’.

The speaker was behaving in a partial manner and not upholding respect and dignity of Chair. “The speaker himself has pledged his allegiance to R.S.S. which is unethical and goes against the sanctity of chair”, said Jora
