Award-winning author Rashi Roop Laxami shares her insights for future leaders

In the high-voltage event “9th National Leadership Conclave”, organized in the capital city New Delhi on 17th October 2021 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Dwarka, Rashi Roop Laxami shared insights on “Leadership”.

Leaders, pioneers and stalwarts from different arenas had gathered there, and this platform has witnessed speakers from national and international fame.

Addressing the elite gathering, Rashi Roop Laxami, an award-winning author, a manifestation coach and a performance coach, being one of the elite speakers of the day, shared visions and angles for future leaders.

The organizer of the event was the 18-year-old par-excellence training and leadership firm – “Knowledge Seed Learning Center” (founded by Dr. Pallavi Prakash). The show continued with the discussion of leadership, administration, and surveillance of future generations. The VIP Special Guest was Mr. Manoj Kumar (IAS), the State Election Commissioner of UP. The Chief Guest was Dr. Rajshri Singh (IPS), IGP- Crime Branch/ IGP Traffic & Highways. They shared their tips for prospective leaders.

Rashi Roop Laxami started off her speech with asking some ‘why’s’ that people feel uncomfortable answering. She shared her words about young experts going delinquent over lack of success and leadership abilities, and added that “such events are the need of the hour”.

She was awarded the title of “Leadership Excellence”. The motive of the event is to awaken the glint of leadership in every field, be it corporate, medical, or entertainment. In the end, this event gives everything extra to be concentrated on – extra knowledge, extra experience, extra data, and extra insights.
