ADGP & DC Jammu going to review the current situation in Honzar,Kishtwar

Jammu 29th July, 2021:- ADGP Jammu zone Sh. Mukesh Singh-IPS accompanied by Div.Com Jammu Sh. Raghav Langer-IAS have left Kishtwar for Honzar Dachhan to take stock of the situation and review the on going rescue and relief operations.DIG DKR Range Sh. Udayabhaskar Billa-IPS and DDC Kishtwar Sh. Ashok Kumar-JKAS are also accompanying them.

The rescue operations have resumed since early morning today as SSP Kishtwar Sh. Shafqat Hussain Batt-JKPS is camping already at Honzar and personally leading the rescue operations launched by Kishtwar Police in collaboration with District Administration and other security forces viz Army, SDRF.

Meanwhile District Police has established camps at Dangadooru and Soundar for receipt and despatch of the relief and rescue materials for the flood affected people of Honzar village. Special teams for this purpose have been formed and deputed from the D. P. L Kishtwar.
