Teenager found dead at home in Bandipora
Baramulla: A teenager was found dead in his room on Saturday morning in north Kashmir district of Bandipora, official sources said.
They said panic gripped village Pushwari Naidkhai Sumbal in Bandipora when an 18-year-old Abdal Ahmad, a class 12th student, did not wake up this morning.
Despite repeated knocks at the door by the family members, he did not respond, they said, adding since the door was locked inside, the lock of the room was broken only to find him lying on his bed.
He was immediately taken to hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
The cause of his death was being ascertained, they said, adding police have initiated proceedings.
