GMC Jammu conducts covid test of staff, students

JAMMU, APRIL 04: In view of surge in the Corona positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir, Government Medical College Jammu conducted RAT SWEEP for staff and students at Girls and Boys hostels of GMC Jammu.
During testing one boy and 5 girl hostelers tested positive for Covid-19.
Isolation of all Covid Positive students has been arranged at the Maternal Child Hospital (MCH) Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
It was decided that the RAT sweep shall be done periodically in routine.
It is pertinent to mention here that with the help of Municipal Health Authorities sanitization of hostels premises was organized.
