ISSF WC: Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar wins gold in men's 50M Rifle 3 Positions event

New Delhi, Mar 24: Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar on Wednesday won a gold medal in the men's 50M Rifle 3 Positions event here at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range.

The 20-year-old shooter, who became the youngest in history to win a shooting World Cup gold in the 3 Positions event, finished at 462.5 to beat Hungary veteran Istvan Peni (461.6) and Denmark’s Steffen Olsen (450.9).

India's current tally is 8 golds, 3 silvers and 4 bronze medals in the 12-nation tournament.
