ATM guard among two murdered in Jammu incidents

Jammu: A security guard of an ATM booth was among the two persons who were murdered in separate incidents on Thursday in City area, police here said.
Police said that late evening on Thursday, some unknown assailants murdered the security guard namely Raju Sharma, son of Gulu Ram Sharma of New Plot, Prem Nagar, Jammu inside ATM at Sector Ni 13, Nanak Nagar area.
"The attackers had tied the hands of deceased and his body was lying in a pool of blood inside the booth," police said adding that a case has been registered and investigations have started.
Meanwhile in another incident, one Ram Paul of Gole Camp lodged a complaint that one dead body was lying in his property following which police team rushed to the spot.
Police said that FSL team was called while many suspects were also rounded up.
"Investigation into the case is under progress and more arrests is on cards," police added.
