Sensex up by 191 points; Nifty rises 72 points
Jammu, January 12: Benchmark domestic stocks today logged modest gains to hit fresh lifetime highs amid mixed global cues in intra-day trade.
The BSE Sensex was trading 191 points, or 0.39 per cent, up at 49,460 and the NSE Nifty rose 72 points, or 0.49 per cent, to trade at 14,556.
